PLEASE READ THIS DOCUMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR USE THE SITE. SVP MAY MODIFY THESE TERMS OF USE AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THESE TERMS OF USE PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE OF THE MODIFIED TERMS OF USE.

The owner of the copyrights and trademarks is Singer Sourcing LimitedLLC, its affiliates or other third party licensors. YOU MAY NOT MODIFY, COPY, REPRODUCE, REPUBLISH, UPLOAD, POST, TRANSMIT OR DISTRIBUTE, IN ANY WAY, THE MATERIAL ON THE SITE, INCLUDING TEXT, GRAPHICS, CODE AND/OR SOFTWARE. You may print and download portions of the material from the different areas of the Site solely for your own non-commercial use, provided that you agree not to change or delete any copyright or proprietary notices from the materials. You agree to grant SVP a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license, with the right to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, transmit, create derivative works of, publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other information (including, without limitation, the ideas contained therein for new or improved products and services) that you submit to any public areas of the Site (such as bulletin boards, forums and newsgroups) or by email to SVP by all means and in any media now known or hereafter developed. You also grant SVP the right to use your name in connection with the submitted materials and other information as well as in connection with all advertising, marketing and promotional material related thereto. You agree that you shall have no recourse against SVP for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communications to SVP. 

If you believe that any material available through the Site infringes a copyright that you own or control, you may submit a notice of such infringement by contacting SVP as set forth below.

SVP may also, in its sole discretion, limit access to the Site and/or terminate the accounts of users who infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, whether or not there is a repeat infringement. 

You understand that, except for information, products or services clearly identified as being supplied by SVP, SVP does not operate, control or endorse any information, products or services on the Internet in any way. Except for information, products or services identified by SVP, all information, products and services offered through the Site or on the Internet generally are offered by third parties that are not affiliated with SVP. You further understand that SVP cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the Site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. You are responsible for implementing procedures and checkpoints sufficient to satisfy your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for the reconstruction of any lost data. BECAUSE SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IN SUCH STATES, SVP'S LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. SVP is not responsible for any other web site that you may access through this one or that may link to this Site. When you access a non-SVP web site, please understand that it is independent from SVP and that SVP has no control over the content on that web site. You may only use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the Site:  

In any in any manner in violation of any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation (including, without limitation, any law relating to the export of data or software to and from the U.S.). U.S. or other countries). For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, soliciting personally identifiable information or otherwise. Impersonate or attempt to impersonate SVP, an SVP employee, another user or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, the use of email addresses or usernames associated with any of the foregoing). Engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Site, or that, in our judgment, may harm SVP or users of the Site or expose them to liability. In any search or data mining, including the collection or use of information about other users without their consent. 

In addition, you agree not to: Use the Site in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage or impair the Site or interfere with any other party's use of the Site, including their ability to engage in real time activities through the Site. Use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the Site. Introduce viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Site. Attack the Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of-service attack. Attempt to interfere in any other way with the proper working of the Site. 

SVP reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your use of or access to all or any part of the Site for any reason or no reason, including, without limitation, any violation of these Terms of Use, at any time without notice.  

Your use of the Site may involve the transmission to us of certain personal information. Our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of such personal information are governed by ourPrivacy Policyatsinger which is incorporated herein by reference.

The price of the products on the Site will be subject to change without notice. In the event that the system erroneously publishes the price of a product you have purchased, you will be informed of this situation through the contact information provided during the purchase process. 

All sales are subject to product availability, if the purchased item is out of stock, SVP will notify you and will refund the price of the item in question or cancel the price related charge, depending on the payment method used during the purchase process. If SVP has any problems processing your order, SVP will notify you via the contact details provided during the checkout process.  

If you purchase a product as part of a pre-sale, the product will be processed and shipped at the time indicated during the pre-sale checkout process.  

We use the services of a third-party payment provider for all online purchases. When you place an order on our website, your credit card details are processed directly by the Shopify payment gateway. Visit https://stripe.com/ for more details.  

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless SVP, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service from and against all losses, expenses, damages and costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any violation of these Terms of Use (including negligent or wrongful conduct) by you or any other person accessing the Service.  

The provisions of paragraphs 3 (Use of the Site), and 8 (Indemnification) are for the benefit of SVP and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers and any third party information providers to the Service. Each of these individuals or entities shall have the right to assert and enforce those provisions directly against you on its own behalf. 

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in our sole discretion. All changes will be effective immediately upon posting by us, unless otherwise provided, and will apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of the revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page from time to time to be aware of any changes.  

SVP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, TERMINATE OR DISCONTINUE THE SITE AT ANY TIME IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION WITHOUT NOTICE. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF THE SITE CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH CHANGES OR MODIFICATIONS; THEREFORE, YOU SHOULD FREQUENTLY REVIEW THESE TERMS OF USE AND APPLICABLE POLICIES TO UNDERSTAND THE TERMS OF USE THAT APPLY TO THE SITE. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. You agree that any legal action or proceeding between SVP and you for any purpose relating to these Terms of Use or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a competent federal jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be held invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be eliminated or limited to the minimum extent possible, so that the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose or such claim or cause of action shall be barred. SVP's failure to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Neither the course of conduct between the parties nor trade practice shall act to modify any provision of these Terms of Use. SVP may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms of Use to any party at any time without notice to you. SVP strictly prohibits the harvesting, mining, or collection of email addresses or other information from or to through our websites or web services. We also prohibit the harvesting, mining or collection of email addresses from any ISP service for the purpose of sending spam, and we will terminate any user who is determined to have transmitted spam that markets any of our websites or system components or contains links to or otherwise uses our e-commerce systems. Any rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.
